A Look Into 2015

It’s been awhile since my last post. Way too long, actually. Where did 2015 go? I can’t believe that it’s been almost a year since the last time I wrote. 2015 flew by and was definitely busy, that’s for sure. For starters: *My brother graduated with his masters degree in Statistics. This took me to Virginia to see him graduate. It was nice getting to spend time with him and his wife for a couple of days. *I started school again myself in October. If all goes as planned,  I will be graduating in about three years with my bachelors in Human...

Book Review: Imitating Art by Sarah Parry

Book Review: Imitating Art by Sarah Parry

Over the past week, I have indulged in reading the book Imitating Art by Sarah Parry. Below is my review on it. I thoroughly enjoyed reading it and have given it 4 out of 5 stars. It is available through Amazon. I hope that you give it a chance because I fully believe that you will enjoy it as much as I did, as there is an aspect to it that will suit everybody. We agreed that we could have them daily, and not get tired of them. However, we wished that they were whole grain asiago…thus causing us to make the decision to do our own homemade bagels.

The Perma-Tan

What is the best vacation that you have ever been on? What about the worst? With my husband and I’s 5 year wedding anniversary approaching, we’ve been considering taking time to get away for a few days. We were originally thinking about a 10-day cruise in the Caribbean but decided that at this time, it isn’t doable. We want to go somewhere though. While coming up with ideas, it got me thinking about some of the best…and worst…vacations that I have been on. In June of 2012, hubby and I went to the Virgin Island of St. Thomas for a late honeymoon. It...
